Affinity Old Post Apartment Rates

Affinity Old Post Apartment is a Low Income Housing Tax Credit community with 178 Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Section 8 Multi-family units.

The Application Process required by HUD and the IRS is lengthy and requires all information to be accurately provided by the Prospective Resident.  Each applicant who is 18 years or over is required to have a Credit Check, Landlord Reference check and Criminal Background check to qualify to live at Old Post.

Once each step of the process is proven acceptable to Management standards, a household is placed on our Qualified Wait List.
